Our Upcoming Campaigns

Kenya 2008

June - July 2008

Our Team departed on June 18th for Kenya where they traveled throughout various cities, going from school to school to speak to thousands of students, conducting a week long evangelistic campaign, and doing training with our African leaders. 

 

While in Kenya the Team had the opportunity to visit a refugee camp, where of the 450 people they spoke to, more than 300 prayed to receive Christ as their savior.

 

Thousands of men, women, and children prayed to receive Christ during the Kenya visit, but it doesn’t stop there.  Our ministry in Africa this summer continues on through the follow up of the thousands who prayed to receive Christ.  These are critical days for these new believers and they need your daily, fervent prayers that these new believers will be “…rooted and built up in Christ and established in the faith even as they were taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving” (Colossians 2:6-7).

 

Pray for our US team members as we undertake extensive prayer and planning time to discern how we might continue to help manage and bless our exploding ministry in Kenya and Tanzania, as well as how to best take advantage of opportunities to speak elsewhere across the world.  We need the supernatural wisdom that God promises to those who need it (James 1:5-8).
